Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using GolfBros Skinz ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. The App is developed and operated by True Compass AI.

Description of Service

GolfBros Skinz is a golf skins game tracker that allows players to create and join multiplayer golf games, record scores, and track skins, carryovers, and winnings. The App uses Apple's CloudKit service to sync game data between players in real time.

Entertainment Purpose Only

The App is designed for entertainment and recreational score tracking purposes only. GolfBros Skinz is not a gambling platform. The App tracks friendly wagers and skins games between players but does not facilitate, process, or manage any actual monetary transactions. Any exchange of money between players is conducted entirely outside of the App and is solely the responsibility of the players involved. True Compass AI assumes no liability for any financial disputes between players.

Subscription and Billing

• GolfBros Skinz offers a premium subscription at $4.99 per year with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase, after the free trial period ends.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your current subscription plan.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• All payments are processed by Apple. We do not collect or have access to your payment information.

iCloud Account Requirement

The App requires an active iCloud account for multiplayer functionality. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and iCloud account. You must be signed into iCloud on your device to create or join games.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or CloudKit services
• Impersonate other players or create fraudulent game records
• Use the App to facilitate illegal gambling activities
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App

Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code within the App are the property of True Compass AI and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Golf course data (par, yardage, handicap) is sourced from third-party providers and may not always be accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, True Compass AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any financial disputes between players.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Cancellation of your subscription does not require cause and can be done through your Apple ID settings.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
